圣雅伦是欧洲著名个人护理用品品牌，也是全球个人护理用品最具特色的产品品牌。在时尚之都法国巴黎，圣雅伦是个人护理用品的代名词，与巴黎的香水CD、CK齐名。圣雅伦的历史可以追述到上个世纪80年代，香港聚龙集团收购了具有悠久历史的法国个人美妆工具生产厂家达尔夫公司，更名为圣雅伦，并以“个人护理，二次革命”的口号，重新阐释美妆工具概念，把美妆工具升华为个人护理用品，赋予美妆工具以时尚、休闲的文化内涵，从而成为时尚的个人护理用品。产品包括眉毛镊子、睫毛翻卷夹、粉刺用具、眉笔刨等等。通过成功的品牌推广，圣雅伦一举成名，迅速成为引导个人护理用品时尚潮流的著名品牌，并成为馈赠佳品。产品畅销欧洲，进而扩展到北美以及东南亚。
1997年，香港聚龙集团董事长梁伯强先生无意中看到一则过时的新闻：朱镕基总理以指甲钳为例要求轻工企业努力提高产品质量。梁伯强从朱总理的讲话中发现了商机，决定把圣雅伦引入中国，把个人护理用品延伸到美甲系列，并成立了中山圣雅伦有限公司，全权负责圣雅伦品牌在中国大陆的推广及产品销售，自此，国际品牌，来到中国。
为了学艺取经，梁伯强曾在一年中遍访指甲钳生产大国德、日、韩等国。率领公司人员进行技术攻关，礼请欧洲名师进行产品造型设计，终于成功开发出了圣雅伦牌指甲钳等美甲用品系列，产品达数百款。经过数年的品牌推广，圣雅伦牌指甲钳系列产品已经成为与德国、韩国三足鼎立的世界品牌，并连续两年（2000年、2001年）被中国五金制品协会授予中国指甲钳行业第一品牌的称号。圣雅伦母公司聚龙集团还被授权起草中国指甲钳的行业新标准，此标准已于2002年12月正式颁实施。因此，圣雅伦又肩负起了执行新标准的使命。目前，圣雅伦品牌旗下包括指甲钳在内的美甲用品及个人护理用品系列产品已有上千余款，已成为中国大陆个人护理用品知名品牌。
